This pie was a real experiment! But since the result was very good, I think right audience!

Ingredients:
- roll pastry
- mixed vegetables, I put what I had in the fridge: eggplant, zucchini, carrot and onion
- cottage cheese (in this case I used the Maltese!)
- eggs
- 1 / 2 cup milk

In a pan, cook all the vegetables cut into small pieces and season.
Beat eggs and add the ricotta and milk. Season with salt and pepper. When the vegetables are cooked, combine them with mixture and mix well.
In a bowl put the pastry and fill with the mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.

The result was very tasty: they dusted!

first official Sunday night for dinner here in Malta: try this restaurant.
We were 4 and we took a little bit of everything: four types of sushi 6 pieces each, 2 / 1, 1 mixed tempura, 2 desserts and a coffee. At a cost of 75 €. I honestly thought I spend much more .. having regard to the portions too!
