As the Pangasius is not this good and great quality, tonight Flat 0 in the flesh we throw on the chicken breast.
But not the usual "chicken" that was cut into small pieces, made cook for few minutes in lemon and spices and cooked in a pan until it formed a beautiful golden crust, thanks to the lemon!
It 's definitely an alternative way to cook the chicken, quick and easy, like all my other recipes.
