Recipe * * * * Recipe Shortbread
This has been a real experiment! First of all because they are in Malta and do not have a blender, and above all because this is my first pastry!
The recipe I took from the site GialloZafferano , great site with photos and / or video recipes, always a source of inspiration for my creations simple.
The doses used and recommended by the legendary Sonia, are:

250g butter - flour "00" 500gr
- No 2 eggs

200g sugar - 8g
yeast - a pinch salt
- lemon zest or orange zest
Following the recipe photo, the result was as follows: non-optimal, but not to throw away! The cookies came
much of tart good: I put on a little bit of orange marmalade.
The tart, not having a rolling pin to roll out, came top! Despite this, it's over! So I would say that to be my first pastry I can please!
