Audi Telephone Problem

Pasta with eggplant and olives Recipe

Thanks to the courtesy of olive Gaia Foundation I tried to make a paste option for me (because I do not like olives): eggplant and olives!
course, the ingredients:
- eggplant
-
black olives - tomato
- garlic and chili

Brown garlic and chilli in olive oil, add the cleaned and diced eggplant, black olives, well washed and tomato.
Cook the sauce for at least 20 minutes.
Once cooked the pasta in salted water, drain it al dente and finish cooking in the sauce. And here's the result: simple but strong taste!
