Following the recipe site giallozafferano I tried to do the swallows' nests !
I made changes to the recipe: instead of homemade pasta, I used a roll of puff pastry and cheese I had at home. The result was still tasty!
The recipe is very easy and quick to do! One warning: Serve very hot, otherwise it loses flavor.
